Our signature Flow Motion classes will take you through a framework of familiar Pilates movements with fresh variations and challenges to keep every class unique, interesting, and fun. We also offer other class formats like Active Adult, Jumpboard, Pilates Chair, Pilates for Low Back Health, and Stretch and Restore. We believe Pilates is for everyone and quality movement can meet you at your level of need.

Get two weeks of unlimited classes for $100 with our new student special. Try various classes and times to discover what works for you. Discover the missing link to your fitness and wellness goals. Experience how fun and interesting movement can be. Enjoy easy online scheduling and no commitment. Those new to Pilates reformer need to start in 1.0 classes.

Personal Consultation

Are you nervous about joining group classes or do you have an injury or health concern? A personal consultation will help you choose the Pilates path that is best for you. A one-on-one session is also ideal for those who have never used the Pilates reformer equipment before and would like an orientation before joining classes.

Level Up, Level Down

Our class level system will show you where to level up the challenge when you want it, or help you dial it down to feel more aligned and elongated when you need it. Those new to Pilates on the reformer equipment are invited to join us in Level 1.0 classes or start with a personal consultation session.

Our instructors are highly qualified movement specialists. Each has their own unique spin on Pilates, they each design their own class playlists and have diverse ways of encouraging you to move better and play more. We encourage you to mix up your schedule and enjoy classes with each of our instructors.
